I
am a Junior majoring in Biological and Environmental Engineering.
It is a great program that allows me to focus on all different
areas of science, from biology to ecology to toxicology to
physics. I got involved in the CEIRP program because I have
an intense interest in community involvement, especially
working with K-12 graders.
I
was born and raised in Central New York, so my interests
lie strongest in areas of science that relate to environmental
issues within the state. However, as stated above, my major
has given me a broad base in many different sciences, and
I feel comfortable working on any science level and any science
activity.
