CSIP Classroom Information

As part of their ongoing evaluation process, NSF requires that each GK-12 program frequently submits a wealth of information about all of the classes, teachers, and students with whom Fellows interact. To help CSIP staff meet this requirement, we ask that you regularly submit information about your classrooms.

Every time you interact with a class for the first time, you should complete the online "Classroom Information" form. You should complete a form for every class, even if you interact with that class only one time, or even if you have previously worked with the teacher in other classes.
